1. Orders are requests
Submitting an order or quote on this website does not create a binding sale. Every order is confirmed by phone before production begins; the price agreed during that call is the final price. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled by either party without cost.
2. Instant estimates
Instant quote prices are automated estimates computed from your model's geometry. They are accurate in the vast majority of cases, but models requiring repair, unusual supports or special handling may receive an adjusted final price — always communicated and agreed before printing.
3. Payment
No payment is collected online. Payment is made in cash on delivery, or at the workshop on pickup, unless another arrangement is agreed during the confirmation call.
4. Your files
You confirm that you own or are licensed to print any model you upload. We refuse requests to print items that are illegal, dangerous, or infringe third-party rights. Your files remain your property and are never shared.
5. Quality guarantee
Every part passes a quality check before shipping. If a print arrives damaged or materially different from what was confirmed, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will reprint it free of charge.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines given during confirmation are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays, but we track every shipment and stay reachable until you have your parts in hand.
